Where the two overlap

Both read robots.txt and the raw HTML of a public site without a browser, and both are free to run. Otterly's tool is the right choice for the checks in its first column; Agent-Readiness Grade is the one to run when you also sell to agents, need the legal notices checked, or want a permanent, linkable record.
