We fetch the site's home page, robots.txt, sitemap and any existing /llms.txt with the grade's 7-second timeout and user agent, then draft a file in the llms.txt v2 format: an H1 with the site name, a one-line summary from the page's description, and the key pages grouped by section. Only a 15-minute cache of the draft is kept.
